Does anyone know of an area where I could run, preferably on a track or path, where my kids can play and have fun and I can always see them? Doesn't have to be a playground, they can have fun with an open field too, or climbing trees. This would be during evenings and weekends. I am in East Raleigh near Knightdale. Thanks!

What about at a local high school? I'll do that sometimes with the high school near me.

Hmmm....I don't know. My local high school leaves the access to the track unlocked, and there are usually a few other people running on it whenever I've gone. You might want to drive by your local school and take a look
