we looked at a house on Wilderness Road Durham, NC 27712 is that considered Buckwater Creek? I think I recall being told it was. Was a very nice neighborhood.

Thanks for the information. I looked in those areas and they are definitely in the Easley District. I may have to stretch my budget. I think a lot of those houses are like over 2k sq ft which is a lot of house for me. I will check some more.
