In my not expert opinion, Anything is possible with Pulte. If it can contribute to their bottom line, they will do it regardless of adding xx amount of homes/people, etc to an already crowding pool/club house. The land between Okelly and the area Standard Pacific/pulte is building was designated HDR(high density), so I would guess a lot more families.

I think your very smart to review these and try to get any answers and understand as much as possible. Good luck, you may also want to try the Town of Cary planning department to possible understand the area and any planned building.
Thanks. You are correct. I just found out from PPM, Inc that there are currently about 2000 family living in Amberly. That means about 3000 more will be added.

A reminder to please stay on topic. Buyer needs advice about covenants, not about the merits of realtors.

Thank you, jkgourmet.

Not sure where they are going to put 3000 additional homes/townhomes. Did the 2000 include Del Webb? The pool gets crowded in the summer weekend afternoons, but evenings are generally not busy. You're helped because Del Web has their own activity center with pools, so not all the Del Webb residents are at the Amberly facility every day. Also helped because Del Webb pays into the Amberly main association so that helped keep them afloat during some of the lean times.
