I'm a psychologist looking to buy some office space in downtown Durham. I need about 1500-2000 sq feet for my offices. I want the location to be pretty convenient to 147 and safe (of course). Any ideas on where to even start looking? Any realtor recommendations for Durham?

TIA.

When we were looking for a residence downtown, we started on the Downtown Durham Inc site. They have a commercial space search there as well.

Yep, go to DDI and talk to Melissa Muir. She can talk to you about what's available.

You sure you want to buy? How about looking at some of the old houses in Morehead Hills that are now zoned commercial?
