We are looking for a new riding teacher for myself and my daughter. The mention of Wakefield Barn sparked my interest. I was wondering how the instructor is with children? Our last instructor was great with adults but very much the opposite with children (impatient, harsh, critical, etc). We are looking for English style. I tried googling "Wakefield Barn" and it doesn't appear that they have a website?

Thanks for any info.

I do not have the number but I'm sure that you can get great recommendations on nchorsenews(dot)com message boards. For what its worth, I know someone that has recently left the Wakefield Barn due to the focus on adults. I have heard good things about Holly Hill Farm though. Good luck!

We are there. It has a top class English style trainer; his name is Tom Pollard. There are a few kids there and he seems good with them. They have and indoor and outdoor arena. 1st class care for horses if you have one.
