I'm going to be moving to NC and I am curious... what kind of zoning laws does a town have that keeps social classes from being allowed to buy there? I would be interested to know how they phrased that?

Im from ny but live in va and been so ready to go problem is not knowing where to go in nc but im going but do I need a car

Yes, you need a car. Public transportation, compared to Northern cities, is basically non-existent. There are buses, but they are not widespread. There are no subways. Taxis are expensive.
