Wang's Taylor just off Western Blvd did a simple alteration for an amazing price for me recently. There's also a place at StoneHenge in North Raleigh that's always been good.
We've used Lee Tailors at Southpoint Mall. I thought the prices were reasonable, and they did great work on the things we brought in!
Another vote here for Lee's. They also can accommodate rush orders most of the time.
