I figure this was the best place to get a wide variety of opinions. So from an advance practicing nurse professional (i.e. CNM, CRNA, NP,CNS) point of view which hospital would you work for? (i.e. as it relates to benefits, employees morale, job security...etc.etc)
Civilian, have 6yrs at Duke, quite tempted to take an opportunity at the VA. Yet, I don't want to be naive about it. Thanks for any insight you have to offer. If anyone else has any and doesn't want to disclose via open forum. Please feel free to DM as well.
The benefits at theVA should be pretty good, as it is federal job.
Yep, that's what I was thinking, too. I like where I am, but feel like for growth the VA might be a great opportunity. Thanks so much for the DMs. I'm sure there are pros and cons for both. Experience is experience, so I will do what's best for my family and I. Again thanks for the feedback.
