I didn't want to name areas in my post, but basically I was referring to West Cary, Preston CC, Brier Creek CC, ITB homes, and parts of North Raleigh.
We are in Apex, right off 55 and close to 64 and the new 540. Like I said before, we were under contract within hours of going on the market and sold for 6k over asking price. We were listed in the mid/upper 200k's. We are sitting on a primo lot too.

I am in N. Raleigh near North Hills, and the updated homes are selling very quickly. The problem is that I could never update my home the way these are and break even (or even close probably). The houses which are NOT updated (even though that fact is definitely reflected in the price) are just sitting, even in this market.
