triangle town center - 264

all the stoplights and intersections, signs and concrete is in place. It just seems like all they have to do is paint the lane lines and this thing is good to go.

anybody have a date? i know this has been moved from last april to next march to mid october so they dont really know but mid october is here and it seems about ready.

DOT's website is currently saying April '07 for total completion of that section. Although that really doesn't tell you when they'll open.
I think most of the basic roadway is done, like you said, but there's more to it than that. There might be issues at various bridges, culverts/stream crossings, and on/off ramps with 401, Bus64 and 64/264.
