I contacted Jeannie from ITANU mobile spray tan service
My daughter and I wanted to get a spray tan for her Bat Mitzvah this past Saturday. I'm currently going through chemotherapy and have lost a breast and my hair so I am not feeling the best about myself. Jeannie comes to your house and sprays you right in her mobile truck. And she even did my tan for free as I am currently a cancer patient. Our tans looked awesome and really natural and made me feel so much better about the whole day. And she was really reasonably priced also - It was my first ever spray tan so I have nothing much to compare it with but it was an awesome experience so I wanted to share.
Thanks for posting. I have wondered about spray tan since I am SO pale and burn easily in the sun. It isn't so bad now, but I do get curious looks as I stay pale throughout summer! At some point, folks expect you to look less pale especially when wearing shorts!
Just curious -- are you allowed to get dressed immediately afterward or did you wear a light robe out to the unit? How long does it take to 'dry'? How long does it last?
Hope your Bat Mitzvah was lovely and glad this was available to you and your daughter. Fun!
So glad the spray tan was a positive experience for you. It is fantastic that she did not charge you given your cancer diagnosis. Kudos to her and this speaks volumes about her character.
She dries you off and you can get dressed right away in loose clothing. That night we were at temple dressed up and the next morning we could shower. Today is 6 days post tan and I'm still pretty tanned.
