I am thinking about moving to Clayton to the Walnut Creek subdivision. Anyone have any thoughts on this area?

I live in this subdivision and was thinking of putting my house back on the market so we can move back north. We have been here 4 years. We have had no issues at all. Neighbors tend to watch out for you, its quiet, a mix of couples with kids and without and some retired age.
