The Sheriff Dept gave a description which would match half of the men in Raleigh and asked for
help to ID the man..
Why not release a sketch ?? Someone would probably see that & recognize him.

"The man is white, in his 50s and less than 6 feet tall. He weighs approximately 230 pounds and has short, graying hair, a mustache and goatee"

I guess it's because Hispanics can be of any race...white (Spaniards), asian (glee kid), black (dominicans), mestizo, and arab (Salma Hayek and Carlos Slim).
