Hello everyone,
we are moving from Garner to a bigger house in Cary and we found this "property manager" called AUGREALTY we never heard before who is managing some (all?) properties in the streets mentioned above. The owner of the properties managed by this realtor is overseas. These seems very nice and newly built townhomes, and we would like to rent one. However we have always lived in apartments, so we have some doubts:
1) is there anyone on the forum who lives in one of these places (especially Macedonia Lake dr) who could give us some insight on these properties (ie: acoustic insulation, particular issues, etc)
2) does anyone know this realtor?
