So I was riding through downtown Raleigh tonight, on South Dawson Street, and I heard a band playing outdoors to what sounded like a large crowd.

What's that? Is there an outdoor venue in Raleigh that has touring bands play?

Anyone go? I REALLY wanted to go to that show, but got distracted. Wondering how it was?

There's an outdoor show tomorrow night (Thurs 7/25) that should be a lot of fun and it's FREE at City Plaza on Fayetteville St.

Southern Culture On The Skids is playing and there will be food trucks and beer, too! SCOTS always puts on a great show. Tons of fun.

I think so BK, but might depend on the show. I know I saw some pictures of banana puddin' being handed around at a recent show on their facebook page.
