I'm looking for the best of the best hair professional in or around the triangle area. Someone who does not just cut hair, but can look at you as a whole and design and perfect hair design.

This is for my niece who is getting married. Cost is not an object, quality is.

Thanks!

Try Blo Salon in Brier Creek, especially the owner Bryan Nunes.

My regular stylist there (Bonnie Lu) is rather new, but very, very good with short hair. She has frequent training with the owner, and I recently had the pleasure of being her 'model.' Bryan spent a long time with me and with her, going over various techniques and strategies.

He helped her redesign my hairstyle AND made recommendations on a change in color - knowing that I color it myself at home. I was delighted that he explained to her that if I decided to change the color, she should make sure to give me all the information and color numbers I needed to continue getting the same results doing it myself at home.

I will continue to see Bonnie for regular haircuts, but if I wanted a total change me consultation, I'd go with the most experienced person I could find. And my personal experience with Bryan indicates that he fits what you are looking for.

I've been going to Blo as well. Unfortunately whenever I get a stylist I like and they get used to cutting my hair, they leave.

My wife is on her third stylist at Blo. The owner (Bryan) is very good at his craft, but maybe a bit tough to work for.

Emma Carter (Boylan Heights Studio) does great work and has outstanding references - she's truly a stylist in that she does hair, makeup, clothes, etc.

Emma Carter Stylist -
