I just drove through downtown Cary and wanted to let you all know that there is damage to the railroad crossings on Harrison. On both sets of tracks, the crossing arms are up but are broken and tangled/bend over the power lines above the tracks.

The road and crossing were still open when I went through right after the storm but will probably be closed soon for repair. If not, please use caution when crossing the tracks. I would assume the lights would still notify you if a train is coming, but you never know.

Most of the traffic lights were out too, but the Duke trucks were out already so they may be back up and running by now.

We had to drive over the tracks with all the lights flashing. That was rather unnerving!

Still wasn't completely fixed by 7pm.
