I guess not many people need custom-made suits any more. However, I have heard that Hong Kong does a good business with them. I would bring a coat and pants with you that fit you so you can compare factory-made quality with the tailor's samples. Look at their samples and the quality of the lining, interfacing and stitching.

You should also expect to be measured in many different locations, so wear something comfortable. If they only measure a few places, you won't be getting a true custom, but you are getting a "made-to-measure". For example, you should expect to have both arms measured because they are often not the same length. If they offer low prices, they may be "made-to-measure". That may be OK if you are fairly standard build. However, they sound pretty good from the web site. Good luck with them! http://www.rashmi.com/001/?&pid=aboutus

I would be hesitant to buy something like that from someone traveling through town especially if you don't have experience being fitted for and purchasing tailored clothing. Maybe you can get some experience with local tailors first and then you will have a better idea what you like, don't like, feels right, etc. I don't know about here, but in Chicago almost all of them were connected through dry cleaners in the area.
