I'm working with a client whose relocating to the Triangle in July. She has a son that will be going into 1st grade. He has ADHD. What are the best ADHD resources for a new parent in the area? Are there specific schools that really get it and have success with ADHD children? Is the Trilogy School a good option?

Thanks for all of your help and feedback! It's always best coming from parents!

I've heard good things about Trilogy School, which offers 1/2 day and full day options. The Hill Center that CHTransplant mentions is excellent. It only offers a 1/2 day option. There is also Fletcher Academy in Raleigh, which only offers a full day option.

My son, who is in the 3rd grade, is in his second year at The Hill Center. If you decide to look into The Hill Center then I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have or share our experiences with you.
