Those flat panel antennas are basically super thin bow tie or loop antennas that are optimized for UHF. They will not necessarily receive VHF channels such as WTVD. For VHF channels, extended rabbit ears antennas usually work best. Possibly a Terk HDTVa. But if you prefer a flat panel, the Winegard Flatwave version is a better choice than the Mohu Leaf for VHF. Some of the elements are designed for VHF as well as UHF on the Winegard, but the Mohu is basically a double bow tie for UHF. The Winegard is sold at Home Depot but you may need to add a Winegard LNA100 amplifier or purchase the amplified version online.
