Does anyone know good a part-time/backyard mechanic? (Plan to get struts changed in my car with my parts)
I used know know one who operated in his home garage, well equipped and reasonably priced. I could go provide my parts and pretty much help during repairs. But he no longer does repair work.
I might be willing to check it out. I have a lift here at my house and a full shop with tools. I work on my own cars and friends cars, but DM me with details and I'll see what I can do.

Seems like this could be a big liability issue for the mechanic. What if you get hurt while helping ?
