My family and I are looking to rent a home, starting Jan. 2nd, for a 3week- 1 month time frame. We live in Wake Forest and have to move out of our newly built home due to water damage caused by builder. Does anyone have any suggestions. I really am not looking to stay in a hotel with two kids for 3 weeks...

I would guess it would be tough to find a one month home rental, but who knows. What about something like a furnished apartment for one month? I know it sounds horrible, but it would be better than a hotel. I know Marriott is in this business. Good luck.

I just remembered, there is also fully furnished corporate apartments, and they do have 1 month rentals, only down side to that was if you rent for less then 3 months then they have to charge you a hospitality tax, which is pretty high.
