Just curious - did I hear there's a new grocery store planned near Morrisville Parkway on the west side of 540 (the new part of it)? Anything commercial on GLCR down near say Green Hope School Rd? I saw a sign that said Town of Cary hearings or something on Green Hope School Rd and Green Level Church Road but I'm not sure what it's for... anyone know?

I wonder if you are referring to the new 49,457 square feet Lowe's Foods store adjacent to Greystone.

Yes! Thank you. A gas station out in this area would be great. That's actually more exciting to me than another grocery store, the HT is fine.

I am VERY excited about the new Whole Foods, but that is up north a bit from where I was thinking.

As the population in the targeted area increases, more services such as a pharmacy will be necessary.

Oh come on, we will need at least 3 pharmacies per corner, I think it is a town ordinance!

Haha! True.

There is a pharmacy, right? Up at Green Level Church and Morrisville-Carpenter... by the HT. Of course I go to the one over in Morrisville anyway, but I don't go to the pharmacy a lot.

A little surprised there isn't a coffee shop out this way yet. I don't count Dunkin Donuts but that's probably just the Portland coffee snob in me.

Oh! You're right! But we're a bit south on Green Level Church, so I think the one on 55 is still closer. It's really only 5-7 minutes so not too far... it just seems to me like one could survive out by the HT!
