Hi! Does anyone with TWC (in the Raleigh area) know if I can have bundled services split out in terms of charges, or does it just show a 'bundled' fee? From what I can tell from the sample bill they show, it is not split out.....
Thanks!!

No, it can't be split out. The only way of comparing is calling them and asking what would it be if. . .
I have RR, TV, DVR and phone. My bill includes the following breakout, with a charge for each. I only negotiated the total monthly charge, not what they charge for each piece.
Current monthly services
Time Warner Cable Double Play Promotion
Includes: Starter TV, Standard TV, Variety
Pass, DVR Service, The Guide, HD-DVR
Set-Top Box, Remote, Standard Internet
Home Phone National
Includes: Home Phone National
Time Warner Cable Promotion
Includes: Digital Adapter, 1 Digital Adapter
Oh, ok - that sounds different - interesting! I'll call again tomorrow and see what answer I get. I may have to try for a month and see what the first bill looks like! I appreciate the responses.

Here's the problem, even if they do break out the costs. Once you unbundle, the costs forveach item are different. You're getting a discount for buying (renting) all three services. Buy only two? Those two will cost more than that unbundled cost.
I unbundled last year. Kept TWC internet (only choice for high speed service, and truthfully, I'm very happy with their internet.) Switched to DirectTV mostly because of the inferior DVR with TWC. Dumped TWC landline and got Ooma. Yes, im saving sone money - mostly because of Ooma - but most of all, I'm getting a better TV experience.
Thanks, both - really, I just needed to know if I could get the expenses itemized for billing purposes - not so much because I (personally) need it, but my internet costs are partially subsidized (while my TV is not!). I do appreciate the help and insight.
