Yes, a lot of Garner addresses (not part of the Town of Garner) are in Johnston County.

they pulled over after getting a flat tire en route to the hospital.
Ever have one of those days where nothing goes right?

Also: right next to an elementary school. Great!

That area they like to call "Cleveland" in the vicinity of I40/NC42 and a ways each way down 42 is Garner, as well.

I watch the news. I look through arrest records and see where various drug arrest were. If it says a meth offense it is usually always hwy 42,Cleveland school rd or Bunn. I know many people in addiction recovery and some not. I guess my answer is life experience and media.

There was an article on Yahoo a few days ago saying that Mexican meth labs are basically putting US meth labs out of business because of excellent purity and good price and also raw materials are just too hard to get in the US where in Mexico that's not a problem. Might be a last gasp kind of thing going on in NC but it seems the home brew thing should just about be over soon.
