I say an older thread on this but none of the links told me anything or error'd out. Does anyone know what is being built at the corner of Weston Parkway and Chapel Hill Rd, (across from the storage unit building)? Appears to be apartments/condos with a parking deck. I apologize in advance if I missed a newer thread in the search.

It's being billed as an uber-luxury apartment complex. Don't know any details beyond that.
