I'm in process for taking a business local in Raleigh area and the town ask me for floor plans of the current state of the local and the proposal changes for the new business, the floor plans have to come with 5 copies. Does anyone how much an architect charges for those? Any information about it is really appreciated.

Ballpark, A/E services adds around 10% to your construction budget. But I've seen 5% and I've seen 20%+.
The commercial space was a beauty salon before and we are having an ice cream shop. We just need to reroute water and electrical lines. The architect needs to make the current and proposal floor plan. Any idea about fees or someone to contact??
