Hello,

It is my last night in town and Friday and I would love any recommendations for a place to eat dinner. I thoroughly enjoyed 42nd street Oyster bar last night. I am by myself so I prefer a place with a band or other live entertainment to enjoy. I also would like a pretty nice place as it's my last night and I'd like to treat myself.

Any suggestions? I prefer Raleigh so I don't have to drive too far to come back to my hotel.

Thank you Thank you Thank you!

Depends on where your hotel is at.....if you have already been to 42nd Street you may as well hit up Flying Saucer. The food there is good but they have a HUGE selection of drafts as well...largest in the Triangle I believe. You should also check out Tir Na Nog or if there is one near you a Crazy Fire Mongolian Grill......I just love that place!!!

Hi Thank you so much for writing! My hotel is by the Crabtree Mall. I'm going to look up those restaurants.

I'm happy to drive a bit for a great happening place. I just want to stick with Raleigh as opposed to Durham. I heard there are great places in Durham, but that is a bit further than I prefer to drive. But if anyone knows of a must see band playing at one of the restaurants or anything else really fun going on, I'd definitely reconsider. I'm just hoping to find that in the Glenwoodish area.

Thanks!
