All currently with homes on the market with .9 acre+ lots, community pools, and 4+ bedrooms, built since 1980.
MikeJaquish is the expert, but I also see homes in Stonehenge with about a half acre and a lot of visual privacy.

Our experience with a half acre lot is that you still get visual privacy. One does not need to have a full acre if you have mature trees and fences.

And again....slim pickins within her price range. Once you get into her price range the lot size drops dramatically. She also wants post 1990 construction - she'll get what she wants, she just won't have a lot of choices.

I agree that she is better off looking for .3-.5 and getting all her other wants, there are plenty of treed lot, 1990s built houses with community pools in the areas she's targeting....if she can move fast enough to grab one.

No worries. I asked the mod to move your tangent to its own thread.
