But it's onto Tampa to play the Lightning, who are riding a 7-game win streak and will be seeking sole possession of first place.

Pretty cool that Derek Ryan gets a goal in his very first game. Brock McGinn accomplished this on his very first shift earlier this season in Detroit.

Well, Peters knows that there is no "Bye" game. They have to play their way into the playoffs.
And SOMEONE has to end that streak for Tampa Bay.

The thing that's hurting the Canes is the fact that the Flyers and Pens both have 3 games in hand over the Canes. It's going to take a streak of 6-7 straight wins to realistically have a shot at the playoffs at this point. Pens and Red Wings are playing pretty well right now too.

I probably won't sell any more games until the Canes are fully mathematically eliminated.
