I can't answer that but I can say that people need to be CAREFUL in this area when sledding-esp when there's ice involved. Over the past 3 days sledding traumas have actually outweighed car crashes!
Yes...the absolutely best, but I don't know if sledding is still permissible. It was fun just to roll down those hills without snow.
