Need an Orthodontist Recommendation

The best way to get an unbiased opinion is to go to an academic center like the UNC School of Dentistry. The dentists there are likely to:

1: Know the most cutting edge research and have the most cutting edge tools available

2: Are generally interested in patient care and education rather than filling their pockets

3: Are salaried as opposed to being compensated per procedure

Thanks for the suggestions... I think there are a couple that are close enough for us to look into. We are going to be near Lake Wheeler, so Garner and Cary are both choices.
