They're behind schedule I guess. When it was approved last year, the project was supposed to start this year.

Here's the project page...current schedule calls for awarding contract in December, with construction starting in spring 2017 and wrapping up by late 2017.

The current bridge over half of Western is planned for rebuild sometime soon, perhaps with an interchange, but that would be a separate project.

Schedule still slipping on this one. According to the project page, they just finished the bid period and are aiming to have it completed next summer.
