Anyone know of a boot-camp style fitness class? Ideally one that meets in the early morning (6 a.m.)? Ideally one that serves men and women and meets at least twice a week?

For some reason I feel like the Y offers these classes. The Y's each have their own website depending on the location you need to use. I am sure there are other gyms as well, but the Y is the only place I have heard of with the classes.

Lifetime Fitness has one too, but they have only one location in Cary and their fees (both initiation and monthly) are about the highest you'll find for a healthclub in the area.

Lifestyle Family Fitness in Raleigh has them, but not that early in the a.m....I just checked and their boot camp classes are at 645 pm (at their Plantation Pointe location).

I used to belong to this gym in FL and it is phenomenal, esp. their Body Pump class (freeweight routines set to music - I lost 20 pounds from this).

They have a body pump class here too but the earliest is at 9:30 a.m.

An Adventure Boot Camp is starting in North Raleigh this month. It is for women and meets at 5:30am. I've done the program in another city and it's really a lot of fun and motivating. More information at trianglebootcamp.com.
