We are moving to the the Chapel Hill or Cary area in the next month or so. My research has not shown any breed bans around RTP. Just wanting to double check to make sure I dont miss any.

Also, we will be renting short term, roughly 3 months. Does anyone know of any apartments that allow 2 dogs? One of which is a friendly pit mix? Seems like every place I look at has breed restrictions.

Your help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't believe the Hawthorne properties have breed restrictions. And they're very pet friendly.

Unfortunately they were one of the ones with the breed restrictions.

Have you actually called each location to ask, or just looked at their websites? I'm pretty sure I've seen pit mixes at the Parkway. I could be wrong, of course.

Have you tried Bexley at Triangle Park? I know they do short term leases and multiple dogs, just not sure if they ban certain breeds.

Carrington at Brier Creek allows two dogs and I know they allowed dog breed that are regularly on the 'dangerous dog breed' list when we lived there.
