In accordance with North Carolina Public Records Law, the Town of Cary is releasing the 911 call made in this morning’s home burglary in the 200 block of Firetree Lane. One call was made and it can be accessed here: (20 minutes)

If you car ain't garaged, don't leave a garage door opener in it!
I just went and got my garage door opener from my car.
I never really thought about how easy it would be for a criminal to enter the house
using the garage opener.
Oddly have not been doing this till about a week ago. Will be double checking to make sure it's done now for sure.
There have been a lot of complaints about mischievous activity in the Prestons on next-door lately.
Theory:
Kids are home from college and they need money for booze, meds, etc. It's almost an annual event.
Next, we'll read about beer being swiped from garage fridges when the garage door is left open.
