Does anyone know anyone that has bought a Standard Pacific townhouse in the Lennox development in Brier Creek? I'm most interested in feeback please.
I viewed these recently & seriously thinking about making my first home purchase. ~Please help, thank-you!

What kind of feedback are you looking for? I walked through most of these last week but am not an owner there.

I live close and walk around there often. Personally the amount of apartments in that area would be a negative for me.

I actually love the location, but to each his own. I am considering one of them now myself.

Another thought is it's close to the airport but not in the flight path. If I buy this in a few years I want to hold onto it for an investment purpose and think it will be an easy area to lease out. Close to RTP,540,the new medical center, as well as just about anything you could possibly need. I have people now calling me for leases in that area.

I took some clients there recently and they didn't like feeling like they were in the middle of Brier Creek shopping! I think being TOO CLOSE is an issue also. But then, thats what the downtown condos are like...urban living...being close enough to walk to shopping. Yep, something fo everyone!

Gatornation- I agree with the concern about the number of apartments...they are surrounded by new complexes!! I would be concerned with the resulting traffic when all of the construction is complete. That said,I do like the location ans I live fairly close and love the accessibility to all areas of the Triangle. I am looking there and in the Stone Creek Village area right now...leaning towards Brier Creek though.

Thanks all for the feedback!

I love the feel but I could live in downtown Boston. There is a place for everyone out there.

Not in the flight path doesn't mean you don't hear noise.
