Just got off with customer service and it's down throughout Raleigh. I wonder what might have caused the outage.

It’s a whole lot of their service area, nationwide. Must be some sort of configuration issue somewhere killing everything. Customer service and chat are overwhelmed with 20-30 minute wait times.

I tried to add a screenshot, but my ATT LTE is pretty slow right now. Wonder if it’s due to some larger issue with a major backbone or lots of people using mobile internet due to the outage or just ATT sucking.

Working now. That’s a whole lot of red. Trying to think of any place they have service that’s not in those areas. Guess Atlanta is only showing yellow, so maybe they are up.

Nice to know it isn't only AT&T that has these problems.

They were probably doing an install at someone's house and mistakenly severed their main internet line for the whole country.
