Help need to fix an excellent sturdy treadmill.. (Apex: house, live)

Have this treadmill almost 8 years old , just stopped working. The machine is a very sturdy one, hate to toss in the trash, any advise, know anyone who can bring it back to life ? It is LiveStrong LS7.9 model

It turns one with the display panel lit up...goes from 3..2..1..but does not start.

The motor probably has a cb. Check underneath.

I don't know if this is simply for the motor or the entire unit, but worth a shot.
