Should I walk away on house with previous termites damage? We had our termites inspection today and inspector found previous small termites damage, that current owners took care of...Should I worry about it?

Termites nibbling on houses are very common. It usually takes years of neglect for them to do serious damage.
Before walking away, I would suggest having a licensed GC or a structural engineer look at it.
Most times, it is immaterial and incidental, but no one who hasn't seen it and/or hasn't got structural knowledge can answer your questions.

Is the inspector willing to give you a bond or whatever it is for the next year?

What did your Realtor say about it? What WAS the termite damage noted, and did your inspector see it as well?

"Visible evidence of a previously treated infestation which now appears to be inactive" can range from tubes along the wall from the ground to seriously compromised joists. The termite report just syays whether the bugs are there or no, not whether the structure has issues.

A termite bond comes from a pest control company, not from a home inspector. Its essentially like termite insurance. i have it on my house.

The termite company, having found no active termites, would be thrilled to perform the service for ~ $1500 so they can provide a bond.

do you live in Wake County? In Wake County "about $1,500" is the cost for a median-sized home.
