I do not know about that dealer but new car dealers get most of the good used cars. They send the ones they do want to auction: high milers, mechanical problems, damage history etc. Used car dealers get their cars from these actions along with repos and you name it. Used car prices are way up and dealers around Raleigh often ask thousands more than blue book. If looking for a basic car buying new usually makes more financial sense.
If you can drive up to Sanford, check out Sanford Honda. They usually have a great set of cars that are fairly proceed.
My nephew (college kid) got a great used car there. It wasn't a Honda and he got a great deal and a year in, no issues. It looked brand new when he got it.
Looking for a used car. Anyone familiar with Kaizen Auto Sales in Raleigh? They have a few seemingly good Corollas & Civics we’ve seen.
Thanks for any feedback. S
I'll echo what others have said - Go to a new car dealership and look at the cars that others have traded in. I have done contract work with several Raleigh area used car dealerships, and to be honest, they are not places that I would EVER choose to buy a car from. NO WAY!
If I were in the market for a used car, I would look to private sellers. That has always been my plan for used cars. Better deals, and you can have a mechanic of your choice look at the vehicle before you buy it.
Coincidentally, I happen to have a 2007 Toyota RAV4 (used to be my father's) for sale
It doesn't appear the OP is looking for a lower mileage vehicle. Not going to find higher mileage vehicles at dealers. As mentioned, they get sent to auction, but that doesn't mean they're junk.
Do you have more to elaborate why? OPs question was if anyone had any experience with that particular dealer. All responses so far have been the obvious choices - buy from private or buy from new car dealers.
