I checked prices a few years ago and it was actually cheaper to buy mulch by the bag than get bulk delivery. A lot easier to handle that way and no big truck to crack my drive.

I keep a plastic tarp in the back of my Tahoe all the time now I used to buy mulch by the yard and haul it in my trailer, but I sold it when we downsized.
I switched to rubber mulch this year and wont ever go back. I had it at a previous home for several years and loved. Initial cost is higher but it pays for itself in a few years and sooner if you factor in the labor.
2nd this recommendation. Will beat $25/cubic yard by a few dollars if price is same as earlier this year. Got some topsoil from them as well. Usually not too backed up.
Check out Atkins farm off of Ten Ten in the Holly Springs area. We have our own pickup truck but they deliver too. We get GREAT garden soil.
