If you took the picture you can use it however you like.
Legally speaking, you can't take someone else's picture and use it without their expressed permission, and you're not likely to get it on this site, since this isn't an official Durham site.
You have to find out who owns the photo and contact them directly.
(But frankly, if your flyer isn't likely to be disseminated widely and isn't being used for commercial purposes, you're probably safe to use whatever picture you can find. I doubt anyone will sue you for copyright infringement)
