It looks like a Domino's and an "Eye Level Learning" are opening up there so far (see second link). It will be about 30000 sqft of retail space.

It's an extension of Village Square. It is called The Village Square at Amberly and not related to the OPs subject. The original plan was mostly for professional businesses, but it looks like the Domino's changes that idea. There will also be some sort of an outdoor amphitheater/garden.
