What do you think will be developed along the McCrimmon extension? (Morrisville: apartments, transfer)

I am curious to see what everyone either knows or thinks will be build along the McCrimmon Pkwy extension between Aviation and Airport Blvd?

I know right now most everything near it is all business park and industrial, and the new sports complex. What else should go along the new road?

I think there’s supposed to be a Lowe’s Foods going in somewhere on the McCrimmon Parkway Extension.

That would be very surprising.

A regional sports center developed by Jeff Ammons is underway now. I think there is some talk about the hurricanes possibly practicing there, but not sure if that was a done deal. There is also going to be a solid waste transfer station that’s been approved. On the vent end where it connects to Evans there are apartments going in, across from the building that was completed a year or so ago. Most of the rest of the land is office and industrial zoning due to being in the airport overlay.
