Thanks, but those are FRESH chile's. The one's at HT are roasted. (Yes, I know that I can roast them myself, but I usually buy 10 pounds every year. Home Roasting that many at home is a deal killer. Just Peeling and freezing them all takes about 6 hours spread over 2-3 days!)

Agreed. That's how I've done it every year. My wife hates the chore, but then is thankful when we have them for dinner.
I just found them on Amazon- canned, roasted in both mild and medium. For what it's worth.

Canned tastes like the can. If you've had fresh jalapeno and a canned jalapeno, you know what I mean. Frozen is better, but usually chopped up.
And the smell of them roasting - one of the most delicious smells I know.
