I’ve heard food delivery companies are encouraging/mentoring restaurants on providing groceries to end consumers.

This is a horrible event that will change our world forever..Not all necessarily bad.

I’m an optimist and even in these quarantine times new business plans are born.

better or worse than Dollar General being the main grocery store for people in rural areas?

I think they should get Phil Anselmo to represent their stores and change the name to Pantera Bread.

They seem to like opening in or near hospitals, e.g., there's one inside WakeMed Raleigh and one outside Rex.

^ They mainly serve seniors or are preferred by the seniors, so hospitals are their favorite targets as there're lots of seniors around the hospitals.
