Where in the Triangle is it legal to drive your own go karts or atvs?
I'm assuming they aren't legal to drive around in the neighborhood.
Are they legal at parks like Umstead, Falls Lake, ??
How about abandoned parking lots?
Are there any pay to play tracks?
Where do people take theirs? (Unless you live on a farm)

There's a small cart track on Capital called Adventure Landing, from the outside it looks pretty dinky but I have only driven by.

I've been there but thought you drive their go karts. Do they let you bring your own?

They are legal in parking lots, the question is are YOU allowed to be in that parking lot. Thinking about my cousin who had a go-kart, that's mostly where he drove it, at his dad's shop since his dad owned the office building that was mostly empty on the weekends.

Do you have an ATV or a go cart? I would think there's a pretty big difference in the track you are looking for, no? ATVs are for muddin' and off-roading. Not sure a go cart could keep up with that. Here are some links to lists of ATV tracks that might help:

For general off-road shenanigans most people go to Buscoe Beach.

I'm assuming you mean parking lots of businesses you own which I don't own any.
What about school or park parking lots where no one is parking?
