You should check out some Untappd (a beer rating site) sometimes. People will check in a beer that's generally regarded as good and say I really don't like whatever beer style it is, 1.5 stars. Or I really hate fruit in beer and rate a fruited sour as .5. Like, just don't give a rating!

That's why I generally don't give much weight to ratings for a business that only has a handful of reviews. Once you get to like 300+ and you're still trending poorly, well maybe there's an issue.

and sort so the newest review is at the top. Reviews from 12 months ago are pretty irrelevant, IMO.

Looking at the Google Reviews for BB's so far - 32 reviews for 3.2/5 (ouch). I bet the wait hasn't helped but that's not a great start

BB's Crispy Chicken is almost ready to open in Parkside now. I drove around the building today and found it was pretty impressive.

How about the beer shop that’s supposed to be co-located?

According to their website, there’s a taproom/ beer shop coexisting. I guess it’s inside the main building but not sure.
