well you're in Wake Forest.........so this might be a trek but I go to Dr. Canting at Canting Optometry in Cary and he is great (closer recommendation would be Stonehenge Vision Source in North Raleigh off Creedmoor)
I'm fanatical about my eyes and clear vision. I used to go to Kelly Eye Center over by Briar Creek. After finding Dr. Handschumacher I much preferred him. Small operation but very personable.
Jeff is great, I've never met the other one but would only schedule with him personally. Super nice guy too, not your typical doc (you know what I mean!).
Disclaimer: I don't need bifocals so can't on that part.

Dr. Oberdorf at Stonehenge Vision found a retinal tear that I had with no symptoms, I recommend him.
Thanks, all. I must have hit enter before I finished typing, but y'all seem to have figured out what I meant.
